2、现代教育技术与虚拟现实技术结合
根据课程内容的特点,建立了虚拟车间和虚拟项目等仿真教学环境。教师采用多媒体技术制作授课课件、动画、录像等,使教学直观,易于学生理解和复习。教师通过数控仿真能够及时记录学生的编程、操作过程,可及时了解学生对知识、技能的掌握程度。
3、课内外结合
在课内,保证学生每人一台电脑,学生3—4人一台数控机床,通过数控编程操作仿真软件和真实机床的学习。课外,学生通过数控编程技能竞赛、技术服务等活动,互相切磋技艺,不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,也提高了学生的职业技能。
4、课程学习与职业技能鉴定结合
本课程的主要内容与国家职业标准的应知应会内容接轨,学生在学完本课程并通过数控加工实训和职业技能鉴定强化训练后,进行数控操作工中级考证,并作为学生毕业标准之一。
