【摘要】随着科学技术的快速发展，电话成为人们生活不可缺少的重要部分，人们对电话的要求不断提高，依赖性逐渐增强。这对移动电信提出了更高的要求。程控交换技术缓解了移动电话业务过于繁忙导致人工服务滞后的现象，文章针对移动电话程控交换设备出现的问题，探讨了相应的维护技术。%With the rapid development of science and technology,phones become an important and indispensable part of life,people＇s increasing demands for telephone,dependence gradually increased,which is a higher mobile telecommunications
