1 ?中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)建议MS诊断标准： 具备以下4 项组成成分中的 3 项或全部者 : 一、 超重和(或)肥胖 BMI >25.0 (kg/ m 2)
二、 高血糖 FPG > 6.1mmol/ L(110 mg/ dl)及(或)2hPG> 7.8mmol/ L(140 mg/dl),
及(或)已确诊为糖尿病并治疗者
三、 高血压SBP/DBP》140/ 90 mm Hg , 及(或)已确认为高血压并治疗者 四、 血脂紊乱空腹血TG > 1.7mmol/L(150 mg/ dl), 及(或)空腹血HDL-C
<0.9mmol/ L(35 mg/dl)( 男)或<1.0mmol/ L(39 mg/ dl)( 女)

2.国际糖尿病联盟 (2005年， IDF)
腰围(采用亚太地区肥胖标准)：男性 >90cm女性》80cm合并以下4项中指 标中任意 2项或以上：
1) 甘油三酯浓度(TG)升高：> 150 mg/dl (1.7mmol/l)，或已接受相应治疗； 2) HDL-C浓度降低：<40 mg/dl (1.03mmol/l)(男),<50 mg/dl (1.29mmol/l)(女), 或已
接受相应治疗
3) 血压升高：收缩压》135或舒张压》85mmH,及(或)已诊断为高血压并接受过 治
疗者
4) 空腹血糖升高：FPG >5.6mmol/L(100mg/dl),或已确诊为2型糖尿病并治疗者。 参考文献：

⑴ 腹型肥胖：男性腰围>102 cn或女性>88 cm；而对于亚裔美洲人，采用男性腰

⑵ 高TGto症：TG>1.7mmol/L;
⑶血HDL-C笔低：男性 HDL-C<1.04mmol/L 女性 HDL-C<1.30mmol/L
(4) 高血压：血压 >130/85mmH；g
⑸ 高血糖：FB? 5.6mmol/L。

4. 改良 NCEP-ATP 川(2005 年) 具有》3个以下危险因素：

② 高密度脂蛋白降低；男性v 1.03mmol/L，女性v 1.29mmol/L ; ③ 甘油三酯》1.7mmol/l ;
