10%啶虫脒·哒螨灵水乳剂的研制

【摘要】The optimum toxicity proportion of acetamiprid and pyridaben was determined by co-toxicity determination.Through screening and compounding of additives,acetamiprid · pyridaben emulsion in water was prepared by the phase transfer method.The optimum formula of acetamiprid · pyridaben EW was as fllows:acetamiprid 2%,pyridaben 8%,solvent 22% (cyclohexanone 10% xylene 12%),emulsifier 10% (42 055%,48 055 %)and water 58%,respectively.The indicators of the formula agreed fairly well with the experimentally relevant determined standards with the heat storage,cold storage and freeze-thaw cycles.The laboratory toxicity of this EW was 9.33,6.54 and 2.09 times higher than that
of
the
original
drugs
of
acetamiprid,pyridaben,and
acetamiprid · pyridaben in laboratory test.The control effect of acetamiprid · pyridaben 10% emulsion in water against P.striolata with 40 mL/667 m2 was significantly higher than that of the control pesticides.%通过联合毒力测定,确定啶虫脒和哒螨灵的最佳毒力配比,对助剂进行筛选与复配,采用相转移法制备啶虫脒·哒螨灵水乳剂,确定了最优配方.啶虫脒·哒螨灵水乳剂的最优配方为:啶虫脒2%、哒螨灵8%、溶剂22%(环己酮10%,二甲苯12%)、乳化剂10%(4 205和4 805各5%)、水58%.该水乳剂
经热贮、冷贮、冻熔稳定性试验,各项指标均符合水乳剂的相关标准.该水乳剂室内毒力分别是啶虫脒、哒螨灵和啶虫脒·哒螨灵原药的9.33、6.54、2.09倍;其在每667 m2 40 mL剂量下,对黄曲条跳甲的田间防效显著高于对照药剂. 【总页数】7页(549-555)
