脑卒中康复期住院患者的安全护理管理

【摘要】目的：探讨安全护理管理应用于脑卒中康复期住院患者的效果，旨在规避康复科护理风险，减少不良事件的发生和护理纠纷。方法评估不良事件的发生因素和康复期间存在的危险因素，通过改善住院环境，加强人员管理和护理管理，减少不良事件。结果与2011年及以前相比，我科2012～2014年收治的脑卒中患者护理中的不安全事件发生率显著降低，患者满意度有明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论评估危险因素和强化安全护理管理有助于提高我科的护理质量，减少不良事件，保障患者安全，提高患者满意度。%ObjectiveTo explore the effect of safety nursing management on hospitalized patients with stroke during rehabilitation, circumventting nursing risk in the deparment of rehabilitation, reduce the occurrence of adverse events and nursing disputes.Methods to assess the occurrence of adverse events factors and risk factors existting the period of rehabilitation, by improving hospital environment, strengthening the personnel management and nursing management, reduce the adverse events.Results The incidence of unsafe events of 2012~2014 compared with 2011 in our rehabilitation department reduced signiifcantly in the patients with cerebral apoplexy, the satisfaction has increased significantly,
