摘 要
在激烈的市场竞争环境下，产品质量水平已成为影响企业竞争力的关键因素，而工序质量是形成产品最终质量的关键。在先进制造模式下，如何有效地提高工序质量成为当前产品质量控制领域的研究热点。
工序质量是产品制造过程中质量形成的重要环节，工序质量控制不仅仅使产品保持稳态生产，还通过质量状态的分析与控制来优化产品设计与制造工艺。本文通过对塑料制品业工序质量控制现状调查与结果分析，并针对工序质量控制影响因素5M1E提出相应的对策希望可以帮助企业解决工序质量不稳定这个问题。

Abstract
Nowadays，market competition become more and more fierce with the continuous advancement of science technology and fast development of economy. In this situation,quality level becomes a key factor influencing enterprises participation in market competition, and process quality turns to be the foundation of final quality of product.In Advanced Manufacturing condition, how to improve efficiently process quality has been the research focus in the current product quality control field.
process qauality is an important part of the production process, it can not only keep the steady of the production, but also optimise the optimize product design and manufacturing craftwork. by analissing and controling the quality station. this essay is about to investigate the present station of the plastical manufacture's process quality and analisis the result.also according to the determing factors5M1E of process quality control, the author hope to provide some solutions to help enterprises to avoid the unsteady of process product.
