【摘要】Objective:Explore urine white blood cell(WBC)nitrite (NIT)quantitative bacteria counting (BACT)the value of combined detection of urinary tract infection diagnosis. Method:Randomly selected from June 2012-June 2013 in the hospital outpatient and the inpatient received a total of 803 patients with suspected urinary tract infection in urine specimens,to urinate sediment nitrite and urine specimen quantitative count,white blood cells and bacteria compared with

the

results

of

bacterial

culture,

and

its

calculating

sensitivity,specific,positive/negative predictive value. Result: Compared with bacterial culture,BACT, NIT and the sensitivity of the WBC were73.7%,

59.1%and

97.2%,specificity

were

96.8%,98.6%

and

64.6%,positive expectations were 89.2%,94.0% and 49.8%,the negative expectations were 91.1%,87.0%and98.4%. Conclusion:White blood cells,nitrite and quantitative count of bacteria detection helps to early clinical diagnosis and treatment,improve the diagnosis of urinary tract infection of foresight,enhance diagnosis the credible degree of the result.%目的：探讨尿液白细胞（WBC）、亚硝酸盐（NIT）、细菌定量计数
