社区护理干预在高血压患者护理中的应用研究

【摘要】Objective: To study the application of community-based nursing intervention in patients with hypertension. Meth-ods: 160 patients, who were diagnosed with hypertension and treated in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014, were randomly divided into a control group (n=80) and an observation group (n=80) . The control group was implemented with the routine family nursing while the observation group was treated with in routine family nursing plus community-based nursing in-tervention. Then the rate of blood pressure control, patients' understanding of the relevant diseases, and the improvement of the bad life habits of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Patients' understandings of the disease and lifestyle improvement of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Antihypertensive efficacy of the observation group is more obvious than that of the control group. Conclusion: The community-based nursing intervention has remarkable effects in patients with hypertension.
