随着现代制造技术的迅猛发展，数控机床的应用已日趋普及，机械制造业正在越来越多地采用数控技术来改善其生产加工方式，社会对其相应技术人才的需求也越来越高．数控车削加工是则是现代制造技术的典型代表，在制造业的各个领域如航天、汽车、模具、精密机械、家用电器等各个行业有着日益广泛的应用，已成为这些行业不可或缺的加工手段。
本文根据数控车床的特点，针对具体的零件，进行了工艺方案的分析，工装方案的确定，刀具和切削用量的选择，确定加工顺序和加工路线，数控加工程序编制。通过整个工艺的过程的制定，充分体现了数控设备在保证加工精度，加工效率，简化工序等方面的优势。

With the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology, the application of NC machine tools has become increasingly popular, machinery manufacturing industry is more and more used in CNC technology to improve the production process, the social demand for the corresponding technical personnel is getting higher and higher. NC turning is typical representative of modern manufacturing technology, various fields in manufacturing such as aerospace, automotive, mold, precision machinery, household electrical appliances is widely used, has become an indispensable processing methods in these industries.
In this paper, according to the characteristics of NC lathe, specific parts, analyzes the process scheme, the scheme determination of tooling, cutting tools and cutting parameters selection, determine the processing order and processing line, NC programming. Through the process of making the whole process, fully embodies the CNC equipment to ensure the machining accuracy, processing efficiency, the advantages of the simplified procedures.
