【摘要】Mycoplasma genitalium(Mg)is a common cause of nongonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.Macrolide antibiotics,especially azithromycin,have been used as the first-line therapy for patients with Mg infection.Macrolide-resistant Mg strains have been isolated from some patients with Mg-associated and treatment-resistant non-gonococcal urethritis.It has been revealed that macrolide resistance is mainly associated with mutations in the domainⅤ?of 23S rRNA and in ribosomal protein genes L4 and L22.%生殖支原体是引起非淋菌性尿道炎和宫颈炎的常见病原体之一,大环内酯类抗生素是目前治疗生殖支原体感染的一线药物.对大环内酯类抗生素耐药的生殖支原体临床菌株已经在阿奇霉素治疗失败的生殖支原体相关非淋菌性尿道炎患者中分离出来.生殖支原体对大环内酯类抗生素耐药突变位点主要位于23S rRNA基因和核糖体蛋白基因L4和L22基因. 【总页数】4页(387-390)
