浅谈财务共享中心对企业财务管理的影响

摘要：伴随全球化经济水平的不断提升和国际竞争压力的加大，企业的财务管理工作也面临着非常严峻的内外部形势，需要探索出一种符合新常态的财务管理模式。财务共享服务中心在此背景下应运而生，在一些大型企业中应用的范围越来越广泛。财务共享服务中心的建立对于工作的项目以及人员的配置和工作范围的调整与优化具有非常积极的作用。一方面能够有效的削减企业内部的资金支出，提升企业的经济效益;另一方面还能够有效的提升企业参与市场竞争的核心竞争力。
Abstract： With the continuous improvement of the global economic level and the increasing pressure of international competition， the financial management of enterprises is also facing a very serious internal and external situation， and it is necessary to explore a financial management model that conforms to the new normal. In this context， the financial shared service center has emerged as the times require， and it has been more and more widely used in some large enterprises. The establishment of the financial sharing service center has a very positive effect on the work project and the adjustment and optimization of the staff's configuration and scope of work. On the one hand， it can effectively reduce the internal capital expenditures of enterprises and enhance the economic benefits of enterprises; on the other hand， it can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises participating in market competition. 关键词：财务共享;财务管理;企业管理

新常态下，我国经济发展在面临巨大的经济下行压力同时，国有企业改革也在全面推进，而国家宏观经济的发展最终要体现在微观的企业个体上，以国有投资公司为框架顶层设计已在部份国企业当中得到部份落实。为了适应改革发展的趋势以及国有公司为了实现发展战略，通过采取“三去一降一补”的方式，加快形成高质量发展新动能以达到改革的目的。对微观个体企业来说为实现自身企业更好、更快的发展，充分发挥财务共享服务中心的规模效应、知识效应、管控效应和聚焦效应，为财务转型提供组织基础、管理基础、人员基础和数据基础，有效支持财务转型，突出会计服务和合规监督两项基础职能，搞好财务管理是重要途径之一，共享
