【摘要】 Objective To observe the clinical application of individual music therapy for craniocerebral injury caused by disturbance of consciousness to promote wake up the clinical efficacy of treatment. Methods 40 cases of traumatic craniocerebral injury, GCS score 7 points of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment of basic diseases and the treatment group was given session choose, Alt for personal hobby, aversion song alternate and and stage music prescription. To control the basic diseases treatment and general music therapy, the treatment of 3 days, curative effect were observed. Results Treatment group significant effectiveness 65%, the effective rate was 30%, no efficiency by 5%, as compared with group significant effectiveness 40%, the effective rate was 25%, no efficiency 35%, two groups of curative effect between contrast have obvious difference (P < 0.05).
