多层螺旋CT及多平面重组在老年颅底骨折诊断中的应用分

【摘要】Objective To analyze the multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of fracture of skull base in elderly, and provide reference basis for diagnosis of fracture of skull base imaging. Method Retrospective analyzed the clinical and imaging data of 81 cases of elderly patients with fracture of skull base which were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. Compared the accuracy of conventional CT and MSCT in the diagnosis of skull base fracture, and analyzed the display of different multiplanar reconstruction plane on the skull base fracture. Result The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing anterior cranial fossa, middle cranial fossa and posterior fossa fractures was higher than conventional CT (P<0.05). The accuracy of the diagnosis of anterior cranial fossa fracture was significantly higher than the cross section when the coronal plane and sagittal plane were reconstruction planes (P<0.05), compared the different accuracy of MPR plane diagnosis of middle and posterior cranial fossa fracture, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).
