1. What can I do for you?= May/Can I help you? 要买点什么？
2. buy sth. for sb. = buy sb. sth. 为某人买某物
He wants to buy a toy car her cousin. = He wants to buy her cousin a toy car. 请为我买支笔。
3. Not at all.不用谢（注意：not….at all 一点也不，根本不）
回答感谢的应答语：That’s all right.= That’s OK.=You’re welcome.=Not at all.
4. try on sth.= try sth. on试穿
注意： try it/them on(代词只能放中间) 试穿它（们） These are new shoes. Please This is a new skirt .Please
5. It looks very nice on you. 你穿上它看起来很漂亮。 6. That’s fine. We’ll take it. 好的，我们就买它了。（take=buy 买下） 7. 询问价格(price)
—How much is / are ……？ ….多少钱? —It’s / They’re …….
How much the bread? --- It’s three yuan a loaf. How much the shoes? --- They are 280 yuan. 8.表示数目的词称为基数词。其形式如下：
A．1——10 one，two，three，four，five，six，seven，eight，nine，ten． B .11——19 eleven，twelve， thirteen， fourteen， fifteen， sixteen，
seventeen，eighteen， nineteen．
C． 21——99 整数几十中除twenty，thirty, forty，fifty，eighty为特殊
形式外，sixty，seventy，ninety都是其个位数形式后添加后缀-ty构成。 表示几十几时，在几十和个位基数词形式之间添加连字符“-” 21 → 76 → D．百位数
个数基数词形式加“hundred”，表示几百，在几十几与百位间加上and． 200 → 101 → 320 → 648 → 注意：hundred后不能加S three hundreds (×) three hundred (√) 五百辆自行车

How do you like …..?= What do you think of…? 你认为…怎么样？

3. “Are you kidding?” means 你在开玩笑吗 in Chinese.（kid”小孩，开玩笑”）
4. Why not ……（后接动词原形）
= Why don’t you …… （后接动词原形） 为什么不做某事呢？ 回答：Good idea 好主意；
5. How about …= what about…”….怎么样？”（后接动词ing 形式）
下馆子怎么样？
6. think 想，认为
think about 考虑 think of认为

1. do some shopping =go shopping 购物 2. 几种量词表示方法：
kilo two kilos of apples .
bag a bag of rice. three bags of rice loaf a loaf of bread . two loafs of bread . bar a bar of chocolate . two bars of chocolate . bottle a bottle of milk two bottles of milk tin a tin of Coke . two tins of Coke . pair a pair of shoes/pants/gloves;
glass a glass of water . three glasses of water
3.询问数量 “…..多少”
how much +不可数名词 + …？ how many+复数名词(复数) +…？
We need two kilos of apples. apples do you need? We need five bags of rice. rice do you need? 注意：How much 单独使用表示询问价格 How much are the trousers?
4. some与any 的用法
some 用于肯定句及语气委婉的疑问句，any用于否定句和疑问句中。 She wants oranges. → Does she want oranges? We have milk . → We don’t have milk . What about / Why not have/ Would you like some chicken? 5. Is that all? 就这么多吗？ That’s all. 就这么多吧
6. I think so. 我认为是这样的. I don’t think so. 我认为不是这样的. 7. 当把东西给某人时可以说： Here you are 或 Here be + 东西或Here it is. 8. 询问重量 How heavy…? ”多重”
How heavy is it? --- It’s one kilo a bag.一千克一袋。
9注意下面句子“be”动词的用法：
The pair of shoes is nice. The pairs of shoes are nice . The shoes are nice.

1. 电话用语：
①Who’s this? 你是哪位？ ② Is this ……你是……吗？
③This is ……（speaking） 我是…… （不能用I’m..）
④May I speak to……我可以找……吗？ --- Sorry, she isn’t in/at home now. 2. be free = have time 有空的；
3. 在具体某一天使用介词on , 在某个时刻用 at
如：on Sunday at a half past six
当this 接时间，不用介词， this Sunday “这个星期天”
4、 What’s up？ 什么事？/怎么啦？ 5. 邀请
