经胃镜放置鼻空肠营养管的临床应用

【摘要】目的：探讨经胃镜放置鼻空肠营养管建立肠内营养支持治疗方法及其效果。方法16例患者经胃镜直接放置或经鼻胃镜放置空肠营养管至空肠，建立肠内营养，观察置管效果。结果16例患者全部置管成功。结论经胃镜放置空肠营养管是建立肠内营养的一种安全、有效的方法，值得推广。%ObjectiveTo investigate method and effect of nasal jejunum nutrient canal placement through gastroscope for enteral nutrition support.MethodsThere were 16 patients receiving jejunum nutrient canal or nasal jejunum nutrient canal placement through gastroscope for enteral nutrition support.
