广西钦州港口物流发展的ＳＷＯＴ分析

摘要：钦州在构建环北部湾经济区南北钦防沿海城市群中，发挥着核心城市带动经济发展的作用，其港口物流的发展将会极大地促进区域合作、资源协调和聚集竞争力，有助于南宁打造区域性国际物流基地；文章运用SWOT方法对当前环境下广西钦州发展港口物流的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁和挑战进行综合分析，在分析的基础上，提出了钦州港口物流发展的几点建议。

Abstract: Qinzhou exert an influence on the economic development as a core city in the
construction of Northern Bay Economic Region among the coastal cities of open economy containing Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangcheng. The development of port logistics will greatly promote regional cooperation, resource harmony and pool competitive power. This will help Nanning become a inter-regional and international logistics base. This article fully analyses Qinzhou city, Guangxi Province the development of port logistics which includes advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, risks and challenges in current environment by using SWOT. On the base of analysis, the author put forward some suggestion on the development of Qinzhou port logistics. Key words: Qinzhou; harbor logistics; SWOT method
随着“两廊一圈”的提出和北部湾经济区的建设，自治区政府《在广西南北钦防经济区域发展规划纲要》中把钦州市定位为临海工业城市，钦州港为临海工业港。因此，钦州作为一个新兴的港口城市，大力发展现代港口物流对推动临海工业的快速发展和带动城市经济的发展有着至关重要的作用。
