粉共混材料力学性能及流变行为研究

【摘要】 文章采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯/有机微硅粉复合材料。通过毛细管流变仪研究了聚丙烯/有机微硅粉复合材料熔体的流变行为,讨论了不同有机微硅粉添加量对共混材料剪切速率、表观粘度、非牛顿指数的影响;考察了不同组成复合材料的抗冲击强度、拉伸强度、硬度等力学性能。结果表明:随着复合材料中有机微硅粉含量的增加,熔体的假塑性特征逐渐减弱,非牛顿指数逐渐增大。当有机微硅粉含量为1 wt%时,复合材料具有最高的抗冲击强度,比纯聚丙烯材料提高了18.9 kJ/m2;拉伸强度随有机微硅粉的增加而降低。在低含量时有机微硅粉可以作为聚丙烯材料的抗冲击改性剂。%In this article, the composite material of polypropylene/organic micro silicon powder were prepared by melt-blending method.The rheological behavior of melts of polypropylene/organic micro silicon powder was investigated by capil-lary rheometer. The article discusses the influence of different organic micro silicon powder adding quantity for shearing rate and apparent viscosity and non-Newtonian index of blendingmaterial.The article investigates mechanical property of the impact strength, tensile strength and hardness of different composition of composite materials.
