Maisonneuve骨折的诊治及体会

【摘要】Objective To analyze the characteristics of Maisonneuve's fracture in aiming to minimize the missed diagnosis and improve the fracture healing rate. Methods The clinical data, treatment and outcomes of 15 patients with Maisonneuve's fracture were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics. Results Three patients underwent conservative treatment whilst twelve patients underwent surgical treatment. At the completion of follow-up, nine patients healed well, four less well,and two least well. Conclusion As a less common fracture,Maisonneuve's fracture is likely to be missed in clinical practice. Full history-taking and X-ray examination are critical to minimize the missed diagnosis. Both conservative and surgical treatments can effectively heal this disorder.%目的 分析踝关节Maixonneuve骨折的特点,减少漏诊率,提高骨折治愈率.方法 对15例Maisonneuve骨折病例的临床资料、治疗及结果进行回顾性分析,探索这种骨折的诊断及治疗特点.结果 3例患者行保守治疗,12例患者手术治疗.随访结束时,9例良好、4例一般、2例较差.结论 Maisonneuve骨折较少见,临床工作中极易漏诊.全面的病史采集和X线检查是减少漏诊的关键,保守治疗和手术治疗均能较好地治愈该疾病.
