社区产后访视对提高母婴健康水平的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨社区产后访视对提高母婴健康水平的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2014年12月期间某社区内产后妇女300例，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各150例。观察组依据国家基本公共卫生服务规范（2011版）中孕产妇健康管理规范产后访视记录表对产妇进行系统的产后访视，对照组仅在必要时给予相应的护理指导，对两组患者的母婴健康水平进行对比。结果观察组患者健康知识知晓率、母乳喂养率、身体恢复情况高于对照组，产后并发症低于对照组，3个月新生儿的身高、体重均高于对照组。结论社区产后访视对提高母婴健康水平具有积极的作用，可进一步推广。%Objective To investigate the effect of postpartum visit on improving maternal and child health.Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, 300 cases of postpartum women in a community were selected,Randomly divided them into observation group and control group, each 150 cases .Observation group according to the maternal health management of the postpartum visit to the record sheet of maternal postpartum visit,The control group only received the appropriate nursing guidance when necessary.The maternal and child health level in two groups of patients were compared.
