应用于景观水体异养硝化细菌的筛选鉴定及效果研究

【摘要】[ Objective ] The bioremediation technique for scenic water was developed. [ Method] One bacterial strain of heterotrophic nitrification was isolated after the aerobically denitrifying bacteria in sediment was accumulated and selected by way of intermittent aeration in SBR reactor. The taxonomy and phylogenetic position of the isolated strain was assured according to its physiological character and the partial length of 16S rDNA sequence. [ Result] One bacterial strain—SHW1 of heterotrophic nitrification was isolated from the sediment and the phylogenetic tree was established after its physiological and biochemical character was identified and 16S rDNA sequence was tested,indicating that the SHW1 belonged to Acinetobacter sp. The nitrification characteristics of the SHWl cultured in the medium of sodium acetate-ammonium chloride was analyzed and the final removal rate of NH4 + -N was 52. 13% after 7 days' aerobic incubation and the strain was had the nitrification performance in the production of ed NO2 - -N. [ Conclusion] The bacterial strain-SHWl had a higher removal rate of NH4 + -N under the condition of less nutrient,which could be used in the de-nitrification of landscape water-body.%[目的]研究景观水体
