【摘要】Objective :To summarize how to rescue those serious multiple wound patients in time and efficiently and boost the remedy achievement ratio and degrade the death rate .Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted in 167 multiple wound cases which complicated abdomen organs injured from Jan .2008 to Dec .2012 .Results:Except for 14 cases which were injured too serious or carried to hospital too late after wounded died ,others 153 cases were rescued success-fully ,and the achievement ratio was 91 .6% .The death rate of those patients who received treatment in 1 hour after wounded was 4 .6% ,and the death rate of those patients who received treatment in 1 to 6 hours after wounded was 10 .8% .Conclusion:Positive and accurate judgement of the traumatic condition in early period and interference in ahead of schedule are the key points of boosting the treatment achievement ratio and cutting down the death rate .And to establish the“Green Channel” and mult -subjects cooperation team ,reduce the flow path of being hospitalized and to shorten the possible delay time are the important causes of boosting the treatment achievement ratio and cutting down the death rate too .%目的：总结早期如何及时有效的抢救严
