某10层大厦暖通空调、通风、防排烟设计
摘 要
本建筑位于江苏省南京市,是一栋楼层为10层,集餐饮、娱乐、住宿和地下车库为一体的综合性建筑物。
本设计旨在对该大厦进行空调、通风与防排烟设计,力求达到经济、舒适、实用,并尽可能满足节能的要求。
总建筑面积17300m2,空调面积约8179m2。夏季设计冷负荷为1209kW,是一项能耗较大的工程。
本工程采用水冷螺杆冷水机组作为空调的冷源进行夏季制冷,冬季采用热水锅炉进行供暖。通过对各种空调方式的比较,精品商店等大空间区域采用一次回风集中式中央空调系统,其余场所采用吊顶风柜或独立新风加风机盘管等半集中方式。
该大厦一至三楼东、西侧空调区域分别共用一个冷冻水环路,四至十层共用另一冷冻水环路。
建筑内走道采用竖井排烟,排烟风机设置在10层;中庭通过在裙楼屋顶层采光棚旁设置风机来实现排烟;防烟楼梯间和消防前室进行机械送风来保证疏散安全,其中防烟楼梯间设置正压为40Pa~50Pa,消防前室设置正压为25Pa~30Pa。地下车库采取车道自然补风,设置机械排风、排烟。卫生间均采用通风器进行排风。

Abstract
The building is located in Nanjing Jiangsu Province,with total layers of 10 ,which is a set including catering,entertainment,accomodation and an underground garage as one integrated building .
The design aims at affording comfort air conditioning for the building, achieving criterion of fire control, and offering an economical, comfortable,convenient and practical system. Also it should meet the requirement of energy-saving.
The building construction area is 17300m2 while air-conditioning area is about 8179m2. The total design cooling load in the summer is 1209kW. It’s a project with heavy energy-consuming.
The project adopts water-cooled screw chiller are selected in summer to offering chilled water, and boiler producing hot water is selected in winter.
After a comparison of different air conditioning plans, the boutique shops and big space area adopts central air-conditioning system with primary return air, while other parts adopt fan coil unit system with independent fresh air or ceiling type air handling units.
The buildingon Floor 1 to Floor 3 of the easten side and the west side respectively one of the chilled water loop, Floor 4 to Floor 10are served by another closed water loop.
Building in the aisle by exhaust shaft, the exhaust fan is arranged in the 10 layer; atrium through the fan are arranged in the roof layer lighting shed adjacent to achieve smoke; smoke preventing staircase and the fire room for air to ensure the evacuation safety of machinery, including smoke preventing staircase set pressure is 40Pa~50Pa, fire control room is set pressure 25Pa~30Pa.The underground garage supplementary air is induced by the traffic lane naturally, while mechanical air and smoke exhaust systems are installed. All washing rooms are ventilated by ventilated machines.
