【摘要】On the basis of statistics and investigation of situation of intellectual property in Sichuan problems were studied and analyzeAcademy of Agricultural Sciences, status and effect of intellectual property work and existing d in the paper. It was pointed out that in order to get more intellectual property rights and to enhance the core competitiveness of agriculture, the agricultural institutes not only need to strengthen the intellectual property right publicity efforts, but also should improve the intellectual property management system, and establish an effective incentive mechanism to enhance the general awareness of rights and rights protection capabilities, to promote the parallel development of protection of intellectual property innovation and the technology industry.%文章在对四川省农业科学院知识产权状况进行统计调研的基础上,深入研究与分析了四川省农业科学院知识产权保护与管理的现状、成效及存在的问题,指出农业科研院所要想拥有更多的自主知识产权和提升农业核心竞争力,不仅需要大力加强知识产权宣传力度,还要健全和完善知识产权管理体系,并通过建立有效的激励机制增强广大科研工作者的维权意识与维权能力,促进知识产权创新保护与科技产业化
