阿托伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床疗效对比

【摘要】目的：探讨阿托伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法98例冠心病患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组各49例，研究组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗，对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前血脂水平比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），经治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C水平降低，HDL-C则升高（P＜0.05），其中研究组患者比对照组治疗效果优，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论相对于阿托伐他汀，瑞舒伐他汀的临床效果更优，且安全可靠。%Objective To discuss the clinical effect of atorvastatin and rosuvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 98 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into study group and control group with 49 cases in each according to the random number table. The study group was given rosuvastatin for treatment, the control group was given atorvastatin for treatment, the clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results The lipid levels of this two groups’patients had no significant differences before treatment (P>0.05). The TG, TC, LDL-C levels signiifcantly reduced after treatment, HDL-C signiifcantly increased (P<0.05). The effect of study group were signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant
