1. 本次考试属于水平测试，不同于期末考试等结业性考试。考试严格按照国家大学英语四级考试大纲的精神及中国石油大学（北京）关于组织校内四级考试的要求进行。
2. 试题的题型及难度均参照国家相应考试的要求进行，仅在个别题型上有所调整。

Part I Writing (30 minutes) Directions:
For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay commenting on the saying
“Listening is more import than talking”. You can cite examples to illustrate the importance of paying attention to others’ opinions. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words. Part II Listening Comprehension (30 minutes) Section A
