维修费用高收费标准(2017年最新版)
近日，中消协多次点名批评苹果产品维修存在霸王条款引来街坊热议，不少“果粉”在网上抱怨苹果产品质量差，且维修存在高收费等众多“潜规则”。记者近日走访广州市内几大苹果官方授权维修点，发现iphone等苹果产品维修费用高，换个屏幕动辄上千元，此外还存在收费标准不统一、维修程序繁琐等问题。
1800元换新机，却拿到二手货
记者从广州多家苹果官方授权维修点了解到，苹果产品出现问题，若在一年保修期内，不属于人为原因导致的损坏，苹果公司将免费为消费更换一台新机。如果损坏是由于人为疏忽导致，如不慎划破屏幕、不慎使产品入水等，苹果公司将不接受免费更换新机，而是按照保修期外的规则来处理。
对于过了一年保修期的产品，苹果采用的是有偿更换新机或交由其官方授权店进行有偿维修的方式，消费者可以二选一。记者走访发现，更换一台iphone新机需要最低要交1800元左右的换机

费，价格接近一台新机价格的一半。
有偿更换新机不仅收费高，而且据网友反映，花了近两千元更换的新机实际是二手货。有消费者更是反映，iphone4s更换回来的居然是iphone4。
收费不统一，换机差价达180元
值得一提的是，虽然都由苹果授权来进行售后服务，但记者却发现，广州各个苹果授权服务点的售后收费却并不统一。在苹果授权维修中心广州宜安广场服务点，这里保修期外的iphone4s损坏更换一台新机需要1980元，而体育东授权维修点iphone4s更换新机报价1900元。另外，在位于珠江新城的苹果官方授权维修点计思公司，iphone4s更换新机价格则为1800元，比宜安广场服务中心的报价便宜了180元。
由于更换新机需要付出近2000元的代价，不少消费者选择对损坏的iphone进行维修，然而维修价格也并不便宜，更换屏幕动辄需要上千元。广州多家苹果授权维修点iphone换屏收费都在980元左右。一些部件的维修价在各个授权点报价也很高，并存在差异。以HOME键为例，有维修点报价 400元，而有维修点则报价200~300元。

因为授权点维修费太高，一些消费者选择到非官方授权点进行维修。广州消费者贾先生就在微博上称，前段时间他的iphone3屏幕损坏，拿到中华广场一家普通维修店维修，仅仅花了120元。不过也有消费者表示，虽然这些维修点都夸口自己的零件是原装正版，但却无法提供证明。
回应：要送到上海更换，维修方不能保证
对此，位于体育东路的苹果授权维修点的一名负责人向记者表示，维修更换的部件可以保证全新，但与苹果公司有偿更换产品的结果他们就保证不了。“更换的产品要送到上海的苹果公司，服务质量我们保证不了。”该工作人员坦言。
回应：允许授权第三方稍作调整
记者随后拨通苹果售后服务热线，询问授权点收费不统一的问题。一名客服人员向记者解释称，在更换新机方面，苹果公司在中国地区有一个定价，比如 iphone4s是1598元，而iphone4则是1198元，但由于苹果公司允许授权第三方维修点在此价格基础上稍作调整，因此不同的维修点会出现交换价不统一的现象。

另外，针对北京需要预约维修iphone的情况，记者特意就此问题咨询了广州的多家苹果授权维修点，发现广州暂时并未出现维修高峰，但有授权店透露，从该店的统计数据来看，苹果产品的返修率已达销售总量的5%，其中死机占到2%左右。

不受理港澳水货 “越狱”的要重刷系统
由于港版iphone发布比大陆版上市要早且存在价格优势，不少果粉选择购买港版的iphone。但宜安广场苹果授权维修点的工作人员告诉记者，该店的苹果维修产品范围仅限大陆版、港澳版行货，而美版产品、港澳水货均不在维修范围之内。
另外在该店内维修港版行货苹果产品需要提供个人身份证、产品购买发票以及港澳通行证上与购买时间相吻合的记录，否则授权维修点将不予维修。
此外，不少消费者买到苹果产品后都会自行破解(俗称“越狱”)，一些授权维修点明确表示，破解过的产品不在维修范围之内。苹果授权维修点珠江新城广州计思公司工作人员则支招，“越

狱”了的消费者可以自己重新刷一次手机的系统，再拿到授权维修点维修，若将产品带到维修点刷系统，需要另收100元服务费。
