烧伤合并吸入性损伤的早期综合救治

【摘要】Objective To explore the effects of early comprehensive treatment on increaing cure rate, reducing complications and mortality in patients with inhalation injury combined with burns. Methods Two hundred and seventy patients were randomly divided into group A ( treatment group , n ＝ 150 ) and group B ( control group, n ＝120 ). Patients in treatment group received ulinastatin, Xuebijing, mucosalvan and heat-moisture exchanger on the basis of traditional routine therapy. Patients in control group received traditional routine therapy, early trachotomy, aerosol inhalation, humidifing air passage and sputum sucking. Results In treatment group ( 150cases ), 148 cases ( 98.7％ ) were cured and 2 cases ( 1. 3％ ) died. In control group ( 120 cases ), 98 cases ( 81.7％ ) were cured and 22 cases ( 18. 3％ ) died. The cure rate of treatment group was higher than those of control group ( X2 = 23. 79,P ＜0. 01 ). Conclusions It can increase the cure rate, decrease viseceral complications and mortality by early application of ulinastatin, mucosalvan, Xuebijing and heatmoisture exchanger on the basis of early trachotomy and traditional routine treatment in patients with inhalation injury combined with burns.%目的 探讨烧伤合并吸入性损伤早期综合救治对
