非龋性牙髓病的临床治疗分析

【摘要】目的：探讨非龋性牙髓病患者的临床治疗以及疗效分析。方法选取我科收治的非龋性牙髓病患者86例作为研究对象，根据患者的不同病情采取合适的治疗方案，观察患者的临床治疗效果，以及并发症发生情况。结果患者治疗后痊愈55例，好转31例，总治疗有效率达到100%。没有严重的并发症或不良反应发生，仅有5例患者出现轻微胀痛，没有采取措施胀痛自行消失。结论非龋性牙髓病患者包括牙折、牙隐裂、楔状缺损、牙周病、牙体磨损、畸形中央尖等多种类型，采用合适的治疗方案能够提高治愈率，减少并发症和不良反应的发生，其中根管充填术是最为常用的治疗方案。%Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of non-caries dental pulp disease. Methods 86 cases of non-caries dental pulp disease from our department were selected. According to the different condition of patients, we took appropriate treatment and observed the clinical therapeutic effect and complications of patients. Results After the treatment, 55 patients
