采用问题式教学方法提高计算机专业学生的就业能力

【摘要】 针对高校计算机专业教学方法与学生就业现状之间的矛盾，提出了以丰富学生实践经历、强化学生团队协作意识为特点的问题式教学方法。其核心是教师根据学生知识结构和专业特点构建紧密联系实际的非良构问题；将学生组织成学习团队、探究问题、最终解决问题。问题式教学方法培养了学生的创新意识、提高了学生的专业认知度、训练了学生的专业技能、锻炼了学生的团队协作能力，从而提高了学生的就业能力。% s:For the conflict between the Profession Teaching Method, which has been commonly used by computer specialty in Chinese universities, and the actual state of graduates' employment, we brought up the Problem Teaching Method, which aims at strengthening teamwork and accumulating experience. In Problem Teaching Method, we group students according to the dif?ference in their knowledge structure and capability, and let them solve ill-structured problems both common and open which are carefully designed, By doing this, we achieve the goal of developing interests in students' majors, broadening their professional knowledge, improving teamwork, and enrich graduates' anticipation of job searching.
