【摘要】Objective To discuss the common complications after PICC intubation, discuss and analyze the corresponding nursing methods. Method A total 50 cases patients who were hospital in recent years were as research materials. To observe the clinical manifestations of patients after PICC intubation, record in detail the complications, find out the causes of complications and formulate the corresponding nursing measures. Results The main cause of complications such as infection, leakage of tube, tube parts out, through targeted nursing intervention for patients, the incidence of complications significantly reduced, improved the life quality of patients. Conclusion After PICC, thoughtful and comprehensive nursing care were given to patients, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, can get good effect, is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.%目的：对 PICC 置管后常见的并发症及与之相应的护理方法进行探讨分析。方法将本院在近年来收治的行 PICC 置管的患者共计50例作为研究资料，观察患者在置管后的临床表现，对出现的并发症进行详细的记录，找出造成并发症出现的原因并制定相应的护理措施。结果造成并发症的主要原因为感染、导管渗漏、导管部分脱出等，通过患者进行有针对性的护理干预，并发症的发生率显著降低了，提高了患者的生
