大型化工企业能源管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】通过对大型化工企业能耗情况和现有能源管理模式的分析,系统地介绍了能源管理系统的设计,主要包括能源数据集成、能源系统实时监控、能源管理软件开发和能源优化调度等,最后介绍了某大型氯碱企业能源管理系统的实施与应用情况.通过系统实现,在确保生产工艺流程平稳运行的前提下,实现企业能源系统的在线监控、集中管理与优化调度,从而有效地提高企业能源管理水平和能源利用效率,为单体设备、各生产装置和整个企业的全方位节能提供充分支撑.%Through the analysis of the actuality of energy consumption and the model of energy management in a chemical enterprise,the design of its energy management system (EMS) were systematically introduced. It mainly includes the energy data integration,the real—time energy monitoring system,the development of energy management software and
the

optimal
scheduling
system,etc.
Finally
the
