多层螺旋 CT 三维重建后处理在骨肿瘤影像诊断中的价值

【摘要】目的：探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建后处理在骨肿瘤影像诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2013年8月～2014年8月在我院接受治疗的54例骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为人数相等的两组，观察组采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断，对照组采用磁共振技术诊断，分析两组的诊断结果。结果观察组诊断有效率高达85．2％，对照组为59．3％，两组比较差异显著（p＜0．05），有统计学意义。结论采用多层螺旋CT三维重建方法诊断骨肿瘤，可以提高其诊断准确率，对病变范围进行准确判断，从而为临床治疗提供有效的参考依据。%Objective To probe the application and values of multilayer spiral CT three -dimensional recon-struction of post-processing in the diagnosis of bone tumor images .Methods 54 bone tumor patients in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were taken as research objects and they were randomly into two groups with same members.Patients in observation group were conducted with multilayer spiral CT three -dimensional reconstruction diagnosis while patients in control group were conducted with MRI diagnosis .The diagnosis Results were analyzed .
