I’m more than delighted to know that you are coming to our school to take part in the Chinese Culture Week, which will be held in the students’ center from June 5 to June 12.
There will be a variety of activities during that week. You will listen to several lectures about Chinese culture and have a chance to learn Chinese, which will help you to better understand Chinese culture and make your stay in China easier. Some other activities are also included, such as learning to sing Peking opera and cooking Chinese food, through which you will have a first-hand experience of Chinese culture.

Dear John,
How is everything going with you? A training course on tea arts will be offered in our school next month. So I am writing to invite you to attend the course with me.
To begin with, the aim of the course is to spread the Chinese culture of tea arts, so it is a good chance for you to learn more since you are interested in Chinese tea culture. Besides, the course will start from May 10th , and it will last for a week. In the course, apart from the background knowledge of Chinese tea, we will learn how to elegantly make, smell and drink tea as well as watching some shows of tea arts, which will be performed by our city’s famous tea specialists.
