钣金件剩余矩形排样遗传优化方法研究

【摘要】To increase the utilization rate of material in the process of sheet metal parts layout ,the traditional surplus rectangle layout algorithm was analyzed and improved .A more effective method was presented by the combining of the genetic algorithm and the improved surplus rectangle layout algorithm .After studying the deficiency of the traditional surplus rectangle layout algorithm for the layout process ,the improving strategy was presented ,which was proved to be more effective .The layout optimization was performed on the basis of genetic algorithm .The encoding mode using for layout optimization was determined .Based on the elementary genetic algorithm ,the selection and crossover operator and the fitness function was designed .Combined with the improved surplus rectangle layout algorithm
,genetic
algorithm
was
applied
to
the
layout
optimization ,and it improved the utilization rate of sheet metal material .With the calculation of the instance ,that genetic algorithm combined with the improved surplus rectangle layout algorithm can improve the efficiency of the sheet metal layout .%为了提升钣金件排样的板材利用率 ,对剩余矩形排样算法进行了分析改进 ,结合遗传算法 ,提出了一种
