上消化道出血患者应用消化内镜治疗的临床效果分析

【摘要】目的:探讨上消化道出血应用消化内镜治疗的效果.方法:对照组给予药物保守治疗,研究组利用消化内镜治疗,记录两组上消化道出血患者临床疗效、再出血发生率,给予统计学分析后得出结论.结果:研究组上消化道出血患者临床总有效率(93.02%)显著高于对照组(72.09%),P<0.05;研究组再出血发生率(4.65%)显著低于对照组(20.93%),P<0.05.结论:内镜治疗上消化道出血效果显著,可有效保障患者生活质量及生命安全.%Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of application digestive endoscopy for the treatment of patients with up-per gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:The patients of the control group were given conservative medical treatment,while patients of the study group were treated with digestive endoscopic therapy.We recorded the clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups with upper gastrointestinal,rebleeding
