2. 考MBA原因（reasons for my choice）
What the reason for you to take the MBA examination?
There are several reasons.The fisrt one is I have been deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere of Zhengzhou university when I came here last summer. In my opinion，as one of the famous “Double First-Class” university in our country，it provides people with enough room to get further enrichment.
The second one is I’ve worked at my present company as a XXX sevaral years. In my work, I found communication and management is quite important. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. So I choose MBA! if I am given a chance to study MBA in this famous University, I will spare no effort to master a good command of communication and management skills. In a word，I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.
有几个原因。
郑州大学的学术氛围给我留下了深刻的印象。在我看来，作为我国著名的“双一流”大学之一，它为人们提供了进一步丰富的空间。这是第一个原因。
第二个是我在现在的公司做了几年的高级项目经理。在我的工作中，我发现沟通和管理非常重要。我一直相信一个人很容易落后除非他继续学习。所以我选择了MBA！如果我有机会在这所著名的大学攻读MBA，我将不遗余力地掌握良好的沟通和管理技能。总之，我期待着在未来三年的学习中为未来的职业打下坚实的基础。
3. MBA期间你的计划（plans in the postgraduate study）
First，I hope I can form systematic view of management,. constructing a solid foundation for my future work.
Second，I would like to do some practical work with the help of the supervisor and classmates. And through this，I can get something that cannot be acquired from the present company.
首先，希望能形成系统的管理观，。为以后的工作打下坚实的基础。 第二，我想在导师和同学的帮助下做一些实际工作。通过这个，我可以从现在的公司得到一些无法获得的东西。
4. 介绍你的家乡（about hometown）
My hometown is XXX ,which is a famous historical and cultural city in China and one of the birthplace of commercial goods and commerce, and the birthplace of commercial civilization. It is well known as the \of Chinese merchants\ I like my hometown very much.

5. 毕业5年后职业规划What would you like to be doing five years after
graduation?
For the first three years,I will spare no effort to finish my postgraduate education and develop my abilities in an all-round way.And in the fourth year, I would like to try my best to do my job well, because many people in this line have been promoted to regional managers. I am planning on that also.In the fifth year,, I hope I can continue to study for my doctor's degree.
前三年，我将不遗余力地完成研究生教育，全面发展自己的能力；第四年，我要尽我所能做好自己的工作，因为这一行的很多人都被提拔为地区经理。我也在计划。第五年，我希望我能继续攻读博士学位。
6. 你的家庭（about family）
There are seven members in my family:My parents，my wife , my brother, my daughter and my son. My parents are farmers,my brother is Administration Manager,and my wife is a teacher who works in Kindergarten . During my preparing for coming here，my family's and support have always been my power. And I hope in future I will be able to repay them.
7. 你的长处和短处是什么(strength and wakeness)？
Your own strengths:
I’m a fast learner: I learn things very fast, and I can adapt to new environment in a short time;I have good analytical and problem solving skills, which will help me a lot during my MBA;I have a potential of management and leadership, which was demonstrated and recognized in my company, but I still want to get it improved systematically in Zhengzhou University.
我学得很快：我学得很快，能在很短的时间内适应新的环境；我有很好的分析和解决问题的能力，这对我攻读MBA有很大帮助；我有管理和领导力的潜力，这在我的公司得到了证明和认可，但我还是想在郑州大学得到系统的改进。 Your own weaknesses:
I' m such a perfectionist that I won't stop until a job is well done. I am also a workaholic. When I have a job on hand, I always want to finish it in the first time, so that I have less time with my family. I just want to make my family live better through my hard work.
我是一个完美主义者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不会撒手的。\我也是个工作狂，当手头上有工作的时候，我总是想第一时间完成，以至于我陪家人的时间就少了，我只是想通过我的努力工作让我的家人过的更好。

As to my personal feature/character,I would like to say :I am a boy full of curiosity,eager to learn new things and new knowledge，futher more,I can adapt a new environment in a short time.I am also a boy full of imagination,for example,I always like to describe someting or express my thoughts in some vivid ways.
至于我的个性特征，我想说：我是一个充满好奇心，渴望学习新事物和新知识的男孩，我也是一个充满想象力的男孩，例如，我总是喜欢用一些生动的方式描述或表达我的想法。。
9. 你认为作为高级管理者的最佳品质？What do you think is the best quality
as a top manager ?
As a top managers,they should have the following qualities: Strategic thinking,Effective communication、Good interpersonal relationship and put the right people in the right position.In my opinion,the best quality is strategic thinking.Because strategic thinking will make enterprises care about the fundamental basis of survival, clearly define the source of profit, and let enterprise leaders know what can and cannot be done. Strategic thinking determines the fate of enterprises. 作为管理者，他们应该具备以下素质：战略思维、有效沟通、良好的人际关系，把合适的人放在合适的位置，在我看来，最佳品质是战略思维。因为战略思维会让企业关心存活的根本依据，会清楚的界定赢利的来源，会让企业领导者知道什么能做，什么不能做。战略思维决定企业命运。
10. 企业文化Would you tell us something about corporate culture by your own
ideas? 能告诉我们一些关于自己对企业文化的想法吗？
In my view, corporate culture should include one or more of the following, such as Leadership,Innovation ,Getting things done,honesty,teamwork,sharing.
