【摘要】Objective To evaluate the efficacy of health education path table in the patients for percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Method A total number of 102 candidates for PCNL were randomly as signed into experimental group (n=51) and control group (n= 51).The candidates in experimental group were educated in health education path table, the control group in classical health education. Results The average hospitalization day, the average hospitalization charge and the incidence of complication in experimental group are significantly lower (P<0.05) than in the control group. The satisfaction and the health knowledge grading are higher (p<0.05) in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusions It can reduce the average hospitalization day , the average hospitalization charge and the incidence of complication to perform health education in the health education path table by which patient's enthusiasm and initiative are aroused.
