Ⅰ. Analysis of the Teaching Material. The topic of this unit is “My family”,which is related to my students daily life. It’s the first lesson of the unit that contains some useful words and sentences .It’s focuses on the using of these words and sentences in a real situation .I use my family to review the words of parents,then show Tutu's family and the new words and sentences. My students are familiar with Tutu's family, so it can attract my students’ attention easily.
Ⅱ. Analysis of the Students. My students have a small amount of English accumulation, but they like playing games and performance with the help of the pictures. And they have learned the words father and mother. So it’s a good idea for me to create a real scene to help them master the language. Ⅲ. Teaching Aims. Knowledge Aims: ??.Students can understand and say “Who’s that man/woman?” and its answer. ??.Students can say the name of family members in the sentence.
