【摘要】The paper introduces Aurora 8B/10B,PCI Express 2.0 and Serial RapidIO 2.0 agreements,which are tested and contrasted. Firstly,the design builts the test bench for high-speed serial protocols based on Virtex-6 FPGA.Then it achieves the scheme of the high-speed data transfer test of the three protocols and implement it,the actual transfer rate of each protocol are measured.Finally, compare with the three protocols in terms of protocol hierarchies,lane number,lane line rate,protocol overhead,topology,device ad-dressing and application fields are combined with the test results.This paper can give a reference guide for the selection,test,and pro-j ect realization of the three protocols.%本文针对较为常用的 Aurora 8B/10B、PCI Express 2.0和Serial RapidIO 2.0三种协议进行测试及对比分析。首先搭建了基于 Virtex 6 FPGA的高速串行协议测试平台；然后设计并分别实现了三种协议的高速数据通信，测算了协议的实际传输速率；最后结合测试结果，从协议层次结构、链路数目、链路线速率、数据传输方式、协议开销、拓扑结构、设备寻址方式、应用领域等方面对三种协议进行了比较，可为三种协议的选用、测试和工程实现提供参考。
