【摘要】In this study, a recombinant inbred line ( RIL) population of wheat was used to study the correlation between wheat grain traits and seed vigor .The results presented that wheat seed vigor was positively correlated with most grain traits , while it was negatively correlated with grain hardness .Path analysis showed that the grain width , grain hardness , thousand-grain weight and grain volume weight had a significant impact on seed vigor .The further analysis indicated that high -seed-vigor wheat lines could be screened out according to the selection order of low grain hardness , wide grain plus great thousand -grain weight , and great grain volume weight , which can provide reference for wheat breeding .%利用1个小麦重组自交系群体，对小麦籽粒性状与种子活力的相关关系进行了探索研究。结果表明：小麦种子活力与多数籽粒性状呈正相关，仅与籽粒硬度呈负相关；进一步通过通径分析得知，粒宽、籽粒硬度、千粒重、容重对种子活力影响较大。系统分析后显示：依照低硬度→宽粒、高粒重→容重的顺序可选择出具有较高种子活力的小麦品系，可为育种选择提供参考。 【总页数】4页(43-46)
