肺结核患者复发的相关因素分析

【摘要】目的：对肺结核患者复发的相关因素进行分析。方法对我中心2003年2月-2012年9月间收治的肺结核患者4582例进行回顾性分析，将其中的肺结核复发患者作为观察对象，对病症复发的相关因素进行探讨。结果肺部空洞复发患者、35岁以上复发患者、服药不符合规范复发患者、肺结核并糖尿病复发患者、肺结核并尘肺病复发患者分别占总复发病例数的79.07%、54.47%、55.52%、15.97%、10.61%。结论肺结核复发主要是由于肺部空洞、服药不规范、糖尿病、尘肺病所造成的，年龄因素也与肺结核复发存在一定的相关性。%Objective Purpose Related factors of recurrence of tuberculosis patients were analyzed.
