精神科护理工作中应用品管圈管理法的效果分析

【摘 要】［摘要］目的探讨分析精神科护理工作中应用品管圈管理法的效果。方法从2014年3月—2015年3月期间该院收治的精神科护理人员中随机选取20名作为该研究对象，该院2014年9月—2015年3月实施品管圈管理法，将此阶段护理人员各考核评分和2014年3月—2014年8月期间未实施品管圈管理法各考核评分进行比较，并分析。结果从实施品管圈管理法前后，所选20例护理人员的专科护理工作评分、基础护理工作评分、危重患者护理评分、书写护理记录评分、急救药物和设备使用评分、病室环境维护状况评分、护理服务质量评分等方面进行比较，实施后明显比实施前要更加良好，且组间数据有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在精神科护理工作中应用品管圈管理法，可将各护理人员护理质量明显提升，进而改善护患关系，为医院进一步发展存在有利因素，其推广应用价值较大。 【期刊名称】中国卫生产业 【年(卷),期】2016(013)012 【总页数】3

［Abstract］Objective To study and analyze the effect of the application of the quality control circle management method in the psychiatric nursing care.Methods 20 cases of psychiatric nursing care patients treated from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly selected as the research objects and were given the quality control circle management

method from September 2014 to March 2015，and the nursing staff at this stage were checked and scored，and their scores were compared with those of the staff without the quality control circle management method from March 2014 to August 2014.Results The specific nursing work score，basic nursing work score，nursing scores of critical patients，writing nursing record score，first-aid drugs and equipment application scores，ward environment maintenance scores and nursing service quality scores of the 20 cases of nursing staff after the implementation of the quality control circle management method were obviously better than those before the implementation of the quality control circle management method with statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion The application of quality control circle management method in the psychiatric nursing care can obviously improve the nursing quality of all nursing staff thus improving the nursing-patient relationship and providing favorable factors for the further development of hospitals，and it is of higher promotion and application value.

精神科内大部分患者均具有精神障碍，患者生活自理能力不高，主动配合医疗护理人员的积极性不高，且多会发生攻击他人等异常状况，对精神科护理质量产生影响。品管圈管理指将一个工作环境中或一个相关位置内成员自发组成品

质管理小组［1］。有研究表明，精神科护理工作使用品管圈管理法可将护理质量明显提升［2］。为证实此观点，本文随机选取精神科20名护理人员，将护理人员两个阶段的考核评分进行分析。具体报告如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

从2014年3月—2015年3月期间该院精神科护理人员中随机选取20名作为研究对象，所选20名护理人员均为女性，包含8名护师，12名护士。4名本科或以上学历，11名专科学历，5名中专学历。工作时间为2～24年，平均工作时间为（7.5±2.5）年。最小年龄为23岁，最大年龄为49岁，平均年龄（32.4±1.5）岁。所选研究对象均符合该研究课题。所有研究对象均知晓该品管圈管理法，并自愿积极主动配合。 1.2 方法

该院2014年9月—2015年3月实施品管圈管理法，将此阶段护理人员各考核评分和2014年3月—2014年8月期间未实施品管圈管理法各考核评分进行比较，并分析。

品管圈管理方式：①成立品管圈管理小组。该研究品管圈管理小组由所选20名精神科护士所组成，圈长由具备护士资质的骨干护士担任，辅导员由护士长担任。小组长由工作年限在十年以上的护师担任。

②制定护理计划。品管圈管理小组成立后，平日护理计划由辅导员和圈长负责制定，并公开护理计划，和圈员进行讨论［3］，结束后，由组长负责整理讨论结果，并将结果向辅导员和圈长汇报，经相应修改后确定其护理计划。 ③护理计划的实施。护理计划确定后，小组护理具体工作由辅导员安排，特别
