【摘要】随着国家经济的快速发展和智能电网建设步伐的加快，电能表等电能计量设备越来越多，功能也越来越多，与之相关的信息系统、管理系统也变得越来越复杂。如何有效地整合这些资源，使之形成有机的联系体，并发挥出以前多部门时的效能是目前需要重点研究的问题。%With the rapid pace of development of the national economy and accelerate smart grid construction, power meter and other energy metering devices, more and more functions, more and more associated with information systems, management systems are becoming increasingly complex.
