鸦胆子油乳注射液联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察

【摘要】目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法40例患者分为2组，对照组病人采用肝动脉化疗栓塞术（Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization，TACE），鸦胆子组在TACE治疗原发性肝癌的同时，配合静脉滴注鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗，观察2组治疗效果和患者生活质量等。结果鸦胆子组治疗效果等各方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05），并且在治疗过程中未发现特殊毒副作用。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液可以辅助TACE对肝癌细胞的杀伤作用，同时可以减轻肝脏功能的损害，使症状得到改善，因此，鸦胆子油乳作为TACE的联合用药，有其重要的临床应用和推广价值。%Objective Discussing the treatment effect of javanica oil emulsion injection combined with TACE of primary liver cancer.
