加强医学生医学人文教育的探讨

摘 要：目前在医学临床工作中医患矛盾突出，原因是多方面的其中医患沟通不畅或缺失是医患矛盾的主要原因之一。而医学教育中普遍存在的人文教育不足是导致医患之间缺乏人文关怀，从而导致医患沟通能力缺乏是导致医患矛盾重要原因之一。加强医学教育中的人文关怀教育，提高医学生的人文素养，增进医患之间的理解和沟通是缓解医患矛盾非常必要的途径之一。提高医学生的医患沟通能力，有利于这些未来的医生在将来的临床实践中能更好的服务于患者，及时恰当的处理医患矛盾，更好地进行医疗活动。文章就加强医学生人文教育的必要性和途径做初步的探讨。

It is caused by multiple reasons， in which the miscommunication between doctor and patient is one of the main factors. However， the lack of humanistic education leads to the insufficient human care which brings about the problem of deficient communication in doctor-patient relation. Therefore， strengthening humanistic education in medical courses and the communication skills will help the future doctors give better service to the patients and solve the doctor-patient relation
contradictions properly. This article is intended to do the primary study of the necessity and method of strengthening remedial students' humanistic education.
Keywords： humanities education； the doctor-patient contradiction； communication. 美國罗彻斯特大学医学院精神病学和内科教授恩格尔（Engel.GL）在1977年提出了生物——心理——社会医学模式。该模式认为人的健康和疾病不仅是生物学过程，而且有心理和社会的因素，要从生物、心理、社会相统一的整体水平来理解和防治疾病。医疗活动的每个环节都需要人文精神的体现。医生在医疗过程中不仅要关心病人的躯体，而且要关心病人的心理；目前我国的医学临床工作中医患矛盾突出，原因很多，其中医学教育中普遍存在的人文教育不足，医患沟通能力缺乏也是医患矛盾重要原因之一。因此医学生在校期间不仅要培养他们扎实深厚的医学理论知识和精湛的医疗技术，也要加强医学生的人文关怀教育，加强医学生的医患沟通能力的培养，只有这样才能把未来的医生培养成为医术精湛而且有仁爱之心、服务之心及社会责任感医德高尚的医生。 一、加强医学人文教育的重要性
