儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床教学模式的改革

【摘要】Objective: To explore the characteristics of Chinese clinical teaching mode for pediatric Master of Nursing Specialist, and to lay the foundation for the training of high level application talents of pediatric nursing specialists. Methods: We used three level clinical teaching mode for pediatric Master of Nursing Specialist for a period of 6 months intervention in a certain university hospital from the management system, organizational structure, teaching plan, content and methods, the construction of teachers, evaluation criteria and other aspects, and tested the core competence before and after the intervention through the questionnaire survey. Results: The core competence score of pediatric master of nursing specialist increased from 144.94 (33.30) to 167.88 (25.32). Clinical nursing, critical thinking / scientific research, education/consulting were the largest increasing dimensions.
