论凯恩斯干预观的理论基础——以传统自由放任主义的批

【摘要】凯恩斯的经济思想体系博大精深,其中政府干预观以及经济干预政策更是举足轻重;然而,凯恩斯干预观的理论基础——以传统自由放任主义的批判为例,也绝不能忽视。对传统自由放任主义进行历史考察,我们可以更全面地了解凯恩斯对自由放任主义中非道德性的深恶痛绝,人性中贪婪、自私嘴脸的深刻反思。在＂干预＂与＂自由放任＂两种理论互为激荡的背后,凯恩斯的哲学立场其实并未改变,他的哲学观仍是利己主义和经济自由主义。进一步说,对传统自由放任主义的深刻剖析,不仅是凯恩斯干预观的逻辑起点,更重要的是立足于马克思唯物主义中实事求是分析方法的体现——即摆正凯恩斯对自由放任主义批判中真与假的本真状态。%Keynes＇ economic system is really profound,in which the government intervention and the economic intervention policy is especially important. However,the theoretical basis of Keynes＇ intervention view take the criticism of traditional laissez -faire as an example, also can not be ignored. Through inspecting the history of the traditional laissez - faire, we can have a more comprehensive understanding about Keynes＇ disgust for amorality in laissez -faire, and his refection of human greed, and selfish.
