【摘要】Objective:To explore the psychological status of conscious patients in NICU.Methods:252 cases of conscious patients in NICU were selected from February 2013 to June 2014.Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)were
used
to
evaluate
symptoms.Results:In
the
SCL-90
scale,force,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression and terror score results were significantly higher than the national norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Somatization,hostility,paranoid and psychotic aspects were no significant differences.Conclusion:In NICU,Obsessive
compulsive
symptoms,interpersonal
sensitivity,anxiety,depression and terror were serious.We should take targeted intervention measures.%目的：探讨神经重症监护病房(NICU)清醒患者的心理状况。方法：2013年2月-2014年6月收治NICU内清醒患者252例，使用症状自评分量表(SCL-90)对患者的症状进行评价。结果：SCL-90量表中的强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁及恐怖这5个项目的评分结果明显高于全国常模，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，而躯体化、敌对、偏执以及精神病性方面的比较无明显差异。结论：NICU内患者的强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁及恐怖等问题较严重，应针对性地采取干预措施。 【总页数】2页(107-107,109)
