10年住院育龄妇女死因分析

【摘要】目的 探讨本地区及周边地区育龄妇女死亡原因.方法 对359例住院育龄妇女死亡病例资料采用SPSS16.0进行分析.结果 育龄妇女死亡主要原因:损伤和中毒、恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病,分别占死因构成的26.5%、25.9%和19.8%;死亡以35岁～44岁年龄段为最高,占死因构成的34.5%.损伤和中毒致死的主要原因为交通事故和自杀;恶性肿瘤致死的主要疾病为消化系统肿瘤排第一位,其次为白血病、肺癌、乳腺癌.结论 加强对育龄妇女文化、卫生、交通等各方面的宣传教育,提高育龄妇女自我保健意识和社会适应能力,有效降低育龄妇女死亡率.%Objectives This article discusses 1he deaih causes of reproductive age worn en at bcal area and peripheral area.
