本文主要研究表面肌电信号特征提取和模式分类方法。对时域特征、频域特征、小波特征、参数模型等常用的肌电信号特征识别方法进行分析比较，在此基础上提出肌电信号特征提取的一种新方法，即基于小波系数绝对值最大值和奇数位置上的AR模型参数相结合的特征提取方法，并且运用BP神经网络进行特征向量的分类。最后针对握拳，张手，上切，下切，上翻，下翻六种动作进行验证。并设计一个图形用户（GUI）界面来对肌电信号的特征提取到模式识别的整个过程进行仿真实验。最后对肌电信号的消噪进行研究。

要求完成的主要任务:

1. 查阅相关文献资料15篇以上（其中英文文献不少于2篇）。 2. 完成开题报告。

3. 研究肌电信号的特征提取与模式识别的方法，在MATLAB中编程实现具有代表性的一些特征提取的算法。使用已有的肌电信号数据完成肌电信号的特征提取并进行动作分类的验证。

4. 完成不少于15000字的论文的撰写并完成答辩的相关工作。 5. 在设计中完成不少于3张1~2#图纸的描绘。 6. 完成毕业设计周志。

1、目的及意义（含国内外的研究现状分析） 1.1 研究目的及意义古往今来，成百上千万人因为战争、疾病、工伤、交通事故及意外伤害而被截肢。根据全国残疾人抽样调查结果显示，目前我国现有肢体残疾人约 6000 万，对于他们来说由于失去了人类最基本的行动能力，拥有一具控制自如的假肢是一件梦寐以求的事情。假肢是将微电子技术、计算机控制技术、生物医学工程技术以及传感器技术等融合在一起，制作出的能够模仿人的肢体的感觉和动作的仿生肢体。假肢研究的最终目的是制造出外形与人的肢体相仿、功能与人的肢体接近、具有类似人的肢体皮肤的感觉、能对各种动作进行实时控制的仿人肢体。在现有的生机电一体化假肢研究中，研究者利用神经电信号、脑电信号、肌电信号等生物电信号控制机械手的动作。在这些生物控制信号中，表面肌电信号可以直接反映肢体运动特征，又可避免因针电极刺入肌肉带来的创伤，因此应用最广。肌电信号(EMG)是一种非常微弱的生物电信号，它与神经肌肉活动密切相关，其中蕴涵着很多与肢体运动相关联的信息。肌电信号可通过表面肌电拾取电极或针式肌电拾取电极加以引导、记录，通过表面电极拾取的肌电信号称之为表面肌电信号，而通过针电极拾取的肌电信号称之为针肌电信号。目前,肌电信号已经深入应用到临床医学、运动医学生物医学工程等领域。特征提取是肌电信号分析的基础，肌电分析被广泛地应用于肌肉疲劳、重症肌无力、肌强直和肌萎缩等各种肌肉疾病的临床诊断；肌电图也是运动员训练中动作和强度分析的依据；另外，还可利用人体表面肌电的某些特征进行模式分类，进而驱动假肢或其它运动机械(如机器人)的各种动作，实现仿生控制。由此可见，提取有效的肌电信号特征并对提取的特征向量进行有效的分类对肌电信号分析意义重大。 1.2 国内外研究现状早期传统方法将肌电信号看成是时间的函数，通过对时域信号的分析，可以得到信号的某些统计特征，如采用功率作为单一检验统计量的极大似然检测器可以实现假肢的简单通断控制。这种方法存在的局限性是肌肉的收缩度难以掌握，而且微弱的肌电信号往往淹

没在各种频段的噪声中，而难于提取稳定的信息，也不能充分利用信号谱的形状和时间特性上的信息。为了充分利用肌电信号时间过程中的模式特征，近年来随着信号处理方法和计算机等相关技术的发展，许多新技术被广泛应用于肌电控制假肢的应用，其中参数模型方法成为肌电信号分析的一个重要方法。自从1975年D.Gaupe提出ARMA模型进行肌电信号分类来控制假肢，后来Grape又将模型改进为AR模型。AR模型是一个线性的，二阶矩平稳模型，比较适合短数据分析，而且运算便利，特别适合肌电控制假肢的实时处理。肌电控制假肢研究进入了一个新的发展时期，这一方法为后来的假肢控制奠定了基石。在产生机理上，肌电信号具有非平稳时变特性。针对非平稳信号，近年来产生的将时、频两域结合起来表示信号特征的时间－频率分析方法引起了人们的关注，其中短时博里叶变换（Short Time Fourier Transform）、维格纳分布（Wigner－Ville Distribution）和小波变换（Wavelet Transform）在生物医学信号处理领域已有广用。基于时频分析的分类技术在构造二维特征矢量上具有很大的潜力。由于小波分析既能在整体上提供信号的全部信息，又能提供在任一局部时段内信号变化剧烈程度的信息。利用它的时频定位特性，可以实现信号的时变谱分析，还可以在任意细节上分析信号，而且对噪声不敏感，从而使其成为肌电信号分析的又一有力工具。在肌电模式分类方法上，极大似然分类器、聚类方法、神经网络等都有广泛应用，其中人工神经网络使用最多，效果也最好。人工神经网络模仿生物神经元结构和神经传递机理，由许多具有非线性映射能力的神经元组成，神经元之间通过权系数相连结，构成自适应非线性动态系统。人工神经网络的自组织、自适应学习、极佳的容错性、高非线性和鲁棒性、联想记忆能力以及推理意识功能，使得它在肌电信号的辨识和模式识别上显示出极大的优越性。同时，神经网络的并行结构加快了信号处理速度，减少了控制延时。将神经网络用于肌电模式分类在近几年进行了相当多的研究，并取得了非常好的结果。在各种模型中，多层感知器模型在肌电分析中应用最为广泛。通常的处理方法是在提取了信号的特征矢量之后，将其作为网络输入，以相应的动作模式作为输出，通过学习和训练实现分类。 2、基本内容和技术方案从生理学上讲，肌电信号的产生过程是：首先由大脑产生兴奋信号，接着这种兴奋经脑神经以电脉冲的形式向下传导给脊椎神经，然后脊神经将这种刺激以电脉冲的形式传导
